PERSONAL DATA

The operator processes the subject’s personal data solely to answer a request from the site. Legal basis — the subject’s consent (Arts. 6 and 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ). Consent is given separately; the checkbox is never pre-ticked.

• Scope: name, organisation, contact (e-mail or Telegram), message text, page, language, time of sending.
• Purpose: to review the inquiry and reply from the project office.
• Term: until the inquiry is closed, then no longer than three years if correspondence is needed.
• Withdrawal: write to kimmv2010@gmail.com. Processing then stops, except where the law requires otherwise.
• Transfer: the request is delivered to authorised project-office staff via a protected Telegram channel and office e-mail. This is not a public mailing.

For partners and visitors outside the Russian Federation the same form is the controller’s collection point. Legal basis: consent, GDPR Art. 6(1)(a). Google, Meta and similar networks require a visible policy and an affirmative, unticked consent before a lead form may run ads or collect contact data.

• Controller: Era Group LLC (ООО «Эра Групп»).
• Data: name, organisation, contact handle, message, page, locale, timestamp.
• Purpose: to answer the inquiry. No sale of data, no automated decision with legal effect.
• Recipients: project-office staff. Delivery: Telegram and office e-mail, solely to hand the lead to the office.
• Rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, withdraw consent, lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
• Requests: kimmv2010@gmail.com.

The form is available in Chinese and accepts requests from individuals located in the PRC: processing of their personal information falls under the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), including processing outside the PRC (Art. 3). The legal basis is informed, voluntary consent (Art. 13-14).

• Scope: name, organization, contact (e-mail or Telegram), message, page, language, timestamp.
• Cross-border transfer: data is processed on the controller's server and office in Russia. The consent given in the form covers the cross-border transfer needed to answer the request (Art. 39).
• Current request volumes stay below the thresholds that trigger the mandatory Art. 38 mechanisms (security assessment, standard contract, certification); if volumes grow, the controller will execute a standard contract.
• Rights: access, copy, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent - via kimmv2010@gmail.com.
