This Personal Data Processing Policy (the "Policy") defines the procedure for processing personal data by Era Group LLC (the "Operator") in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated 27.07.2006. By using brookvane.ru and submitting the request form, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

When you submit the request form, we process:

Data is not shared with third parties except as required by the legislation of the Russian Federation. Data is stored until the purposes of processing are achieved or consent is withdrawn.

7. Your rights

You may request clarification, blocking or deletion of your personal data, as well as information about its processing, by sending a request to [email protected]. The Operator responds within the time limits established by Russian law.

8. Cookies

The website does not use marketing cookies or third-party trackers. Technical cookies/localStorage may be used for interface functionality (e.g., language selection).

The Operator may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page. The date of the latest revision is indicated above.
