High-strength FORTIS expanded clay and concretes based on it

Ash-slag is feedstock already mined and concentrated. The base loop makes high-strength expanded clay FORTIS. In parallel — Sc, Y, La, Ce and precious metals from a matrix opened by firing. Recovery from ash dumps, including by dredge.

LIGNIN AND PHOSPHOGYPSUM

TECHNOGENIC FEEDSTOCK → CARBON, BINDERS, REE

Hydrolysis lignin and phosphogypsum follow the same logic as ash-slag: cheap volume pays for the cascade, rare earths sit in the tail. Lignin yields activated carbon. Phosphogypsum yields binders and an REE concentrate.
